email test in campaign - double email?
Hi, I am doing a test and sending myself an email of a new campaign i created. for some reason I keep receiving two emails, one has the full message and the other only have the copy and no picture. I would hate to send this out and have people open the one without the full message! please advise ! kind regards,
Select Contacts by their Campaign behaviour
I want to target a campaign to only those Contacts who have shown previous interest by opening an email, and also to target those who have clicked through from one of our emails. However, I cannot find the fields on the Contacts database selection criteria where a Contacts behaviour is recorded. How can I achieve this?

Sign Up Form Error
I have created a sign up form to register for a competition I am running. They sign up to a new mailing list called Competition. The sign up form link is on our website so anyone can join the list - both new contacts and existing ones visiting the site. Can't Import Subscribers In Google Chrome
I am no longer able to import subscribers to zoho campaigns using Google chrome. This used to work fine but on the MAP YOUR FIELDS section drop down menus do not work. when i select to map contact email to the column called email I get a popup saying "This field is already mapped". Re-uploading subscribers
I just wanted to know if what happens if I upload the same contact more than once. I know that it doesn't duplicate the contact, but if what happens if there are differences between the two records. Does the new upload automatically override the old contact where fields are not the same?
How to enable Unique Clicked and Click / Open Rate for a campaign?
Hello - I just ran a mini-test campaign (to me and two other people in my office) to test drive it. It showed who opened the e-mail ("Unique Opened"), but didn't get any reporting for the "Unique Clicked" and "Click / Open Rate", even though I clicked on a link inside the test e-mail that I received. Is there something special that I need to do to get these to generate? Go through the Google Analytics piece? Thanks for your help! Mark

Cant Change Footer Theme
I have created several different footer themes to be used with different mailouts. However when I create my campaign I cannot seem to change the footer to this theme. On the 'Content Configuration' stage I am given a drop down to choose a campaign theme, yet no matter which one I select changes are not saved. When I test the email or preview the campaign it will still have the footer theme that was at the top of the drop down menu (not even the default footer). I have tried clicking "save and close"

We have a very popular email newsletter that thousands of people read in our industry. We virtually have no unsubscribes and we probably have not had a spam report in two or three years. When we switch over to ZOHO Campaigns and authenticate our domain (SPF and DKIM) our feeling is is that our newsletter may actually be delivered to a few thousand people more over current levels because they might not be getting the newsletter today because our current email marketing solution has no authentication.

Chain campaign to everyone (not just unopened)
Is it possible to use the Chain Campaign function to send out a reminder to everyone on the original list, not just unopened? I found this comment in the help page on Chain Campaigns but it doesn't say how to do this and I can't find any controls in the create campaign screens. It is not necessary that the subscribers should be always unopened recipients but can also be focused on unclicked recipients too.
Adding a sender email address
Hi I have an issue trying to add a sender address under settings. I can create the addresses, and its says in the screen that a verification email will be sent to the address I created, but Im not receiving the verfication emails. I have checked spam folders and I have tried with different email addresses but I don't receive the verfication email for any of them. Can you assist? Thanks Mo
Syncing from CRM
Hi, I'm trying to segment my email list and created new lists based off the lead source within CRM. There are 7 lists set up to be synced weekly. I set these up last week, and they synced last week. I was maxed out at 5 syncs per day, but now it's been almost a full week and I'm still getting the 5/day error. I paused on of the campaigns to sync next month, but that still didn't allow me to pull any additional lists from CRM. Why am I limited to 5 a day and how can I get around this? Thank you!

Sync From CRM Using Account Custom Views
I can do emails to contacts in CRM using custom account views. In campaigns I cannot sync to lists using these custom account views, only custom contact views. I store data at an account level that is the main info needed to determine which list a contact should be on. Is there any way to have this in Zoho Campaigns? SPAM with mailing (mailing for internal communication)
I have a problem with zoho campaigns... I use Zoho campaigns for internal mailing, the problem is this, two days ago the mailings are send to SPAM, i don't know whats the problem if the mailing is for internal corporation using a email corporation. Segmenting Lists With Multiple Criteria
I have created a list segment based on multiple criteria such as: Last Action isnt "Away" or Last Action isnt "Contact Later" or Last Action isnt "Maternity Leave" or Last Action isnt "Travelling" So that the email will not send to anyone marked as "away", "contact later", "maternity leave" or "travelling". It automatically gave me the criteria pattern ( ( ( 1 or 2 ) or 3 ) or 4 ) Is this right? Because some of these people still were sent the email.

2-column template in Campaigns
The 2 column template I created suddenly started staggering the columns so that they don't appear next to each other in email. The preview in campaigns looks fine, but once I send it, they stagger themselves. I've tried recreating the template and got the same result.
