Columns not aligning when opened in Outlook
I have set up a newsletter, that looks fine in print preview as below: But when it is opened in Outlook the right column doesn't align at the top, it drops halfway down the page (refer image below) - is there a way this can be fixed?

HIDDEN fields stay VISIBLE
We insert have inserted a custom field tot the sign-up form to use as a reference for our company when segmenting the subscribers. We do not want the subscribers themselves to see this field when the open the sign-up form. There is a setting that should be hiding the field, but when we set it to hidden, it still appears in the sign up form when opened from a subscribers account. Can you help?
New user does not work !
To create a new user Zoho campaings, I add an email to an administrator user Zoho CRM and it states that it can not bind members of another account, and the user is the same company and account. When I send the invitation email to another user that the mail is delivered, but it shows a new account campaings, without sharing the existing base and invitation sent is still pending in the user management. Is to solve this problem?
historical data in export
Hi, Prior to exporting 'do not mail contacts' in Zoho Campaigns, it indicates there are 260 records to export. When I export the CSV. and open the file there are over 500 records, 260 of which are my correct data, but mixed with historical data from my predecessor's contact list which had been deleted. How can you ensure that this historical data (which I assumed was deleted and do not need) does not filter into my results in future? I can send you the CSV if it helps. Thanks Phil.
Change sort order for campaign opened and clicked stats
The report for opened emails seems to be ordered from most opens to fewest. The report for clicked emails seems to have a different order. (Perhaps by the time of the first open?) Is there a way to sort these reports based on user specified criteria? Thanks

When I import a new list into an email campaign does it scrub for duplicates against the other lists in the campaign?
Sync from Zoho CRM to Campaigns
Hi I am a new user of campaigns and importing a custom view from contacts in our CRM. There is 234 contacts in the view. 209 come through and 25 were ignored. Of those ignored 1 was a duplicate but the remaining all have emails that start with info@. How can I get these contacts to come into campaigns? The contact list is current clients with SLA contracts and this is the email given by them for information. Thanks for the help.

HTML mailer not rendering correctly within Gmail app on smartphones and tablets
Hello, The HTML mail renders fine in the browser on PCs as well as on smartphones and tablets, but doesn't seem to render correctly within the Gmail app on smartphones and tablets. I haven't check other mail apps. Today, most people check mail on the apps in their devices. So it would be good to be able to ensure the HTML mails render correctly. Hey Everyone, I'm looking to track the traffic we get from an autoresponder campaign in Google Analytics. I've associated our Google account and I see the "Add Google Analytics to track URLs in your campaign" option when creating an email campaign; however, I don't see the "Add Google Analytics to track URLs in your campaign" option when creating a signup based autoresponder campaign. Different contacts number in Zoho CRM view and Zoho campaigns mailing list that are synced
Hello, as already mentioned in the title my problem the difference between contacts number in Zoho CRM view and Zoho campaigns mailing list that are synced. The problem concerns the following: Zoho CRM view 'All Europe' contains 58114 contacts whereas the mailing list that is based on the sync with the same title contains only 29663 contacts. Even taking unsubscribers (1068) and bounces (7122) doesn't help finding the reason of this difference. The sync is in weekly mode and was done after adding
Sign-up form: Is there a way to treat "already registered" as success, or can we specify a redirect url for that error?
When a user on our website clicks on a link (say, for a video), we direct them to the Zoho signup form and then to the video url. All that works great for first time registrants. However, if the user is already registered, Zoho sends them to an error page (you are already registered). We want to redirect the user to the video url in this case as well. Is there any way to allow us to specify the url for the error page, or to tell Zoho to ignore the "already registered" error? Thank you.

When creating a campaign in Zoho campaign, the campaign name is not syncing with my Zoho CRM leads. What do I need to do to make sure those CRM leads that are included in my campaign, show up in their leads account?

Hi - We are migrating from Mailchimp to Z Cmapiangs (primarily because of the ease of integration with Z CRM). Two features in Mailchimp we are missing dearly are the Email Client Testing (http://mailchimp.com/features/inbox-inspector/) and the Spam Filter Diagnostics (http://mailchimp.com/features/delivery-doctor/) Any one else in the Forum interested in these features? Manually removing contacts from a list segment
Hello, I have an automatic sync set up between Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. The sync works well to my lists and list segments. However, for one mail campaign, I need to remove a few contacts from the list segment without permanently deleting them. Is this possible? Many thanks, Gillian

Tracking where clicks on a sign up button come from
I want to put a sign up button on on several different pages. All subscribers would be treated the same and could be on the same mailing list. I want to track where the clicks come from. Is there a way to track the clicked location (in Zoho Campaigns) without creating a separate button and mailing list for each individual page?

Testing emails going wrong!

Removing Auto Replies (under Bounces).
Hi! I just ran a campaign where I had a few hard bounces and soft bounces, but quite a lot of Auto Replies, that, upon further inspection are mostly "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:- The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found". Is there a way I can delete all those contacts from my mailing lists? There's no point having them in there if they are just going to bounce again. Better still, can you improve your hard bounce detection and take them out automatically?
Does a double optin confirm link expire?
I just tried to test changing the "subscribed" status of prior tested registrations (that used my own email address) for which I had not complete registrations by confirming the double optin. I found that I get a link expired message (see below). Is this the normal behavior? If so, for how long is an optin link valid before it expires? _____ Problem in confirmation! When viewing the recent additions to Mailing Lists that have been added through a Signup Form, the "Subscribed" status shows "no" even though user has confirmed subscription. Furthermore, we can no longer view users who have registered but not subscribed.

How should we link to Zoho registration from third party sites who won't accept a button?
We plan to promote a whitepaper from third-party sites. We would like to capture registration information about anyone who requests the paper from one of these sites. We have set up a button (called something like “I want to read the whitepaper”) for our own site. Some third party sites won't accepts a button for a link. Q. Hi, I have configured a daily sync of a contact list in Zoho Campaign from a custom view of CRM that is updated daily with new leads/contacts and has setup an autoresponder that will email new contacts after an hour of subscribing or adding into the list. Hello, I wanted to know how can i configure my email template as per gender since it will go out in Spanish. Email campaign font color.
Whenever I send a test email campaign to someone other than myself the font color changes to purple. Also, every time I save the campaign in the editor it switches the text back to purple, even though it appears on the screen as black. Once again this only happens when I send test emails to someone other than myself.

Hi, I imported a list of 1000 contacts and it shows only 300 of them on the list, why is that? Also when I was importing it said you have reached your limit of 2500 contacts and this list will exceed the limit so I clicked OK, and it uploaded the list but then where are the rest of the contacts gone?
