Hello, after a person opt's in, you guys have some generic message, that doesn't help increase Double Optin rates. Many people will totally forget or be confused without some personalization. I would make it so we can personalize that double optin message. IT doesn't even tell the user EXACTLY who its coming from, or what the subject is that they need to be looking out for. Subscription Widget Not showing in Firefox

Majority of Contacts Have Been Marked as "Unsubscribed"
I recently noticed that all but 6 of our master list has been marked as "unsubscribed" (approx. 6200) with the exact same time stamp. This is a critical issue because we can not send out any future campaigns to the majority of the contact list. It doesn't seem to make sense, because the dashboard of the last campaign does not indicate that level of "unsubscribers" and it is not practical to have over 6000 contacts unsubscribe at the exact same time. Could you please advise on what possibly happened
having problems uploading new contacts
I am trying to upload contacts from an excel file but it keeps coming back with invalid email adresses, What do I do wrong? I tried it with csv and xlsx files, but neither works. I have enough space in my subscription.
How can I delete a user from Zoho Campaigns and replace with another employee?
I did not realise there was a limit of 5 users on Campaigns. I either need to add another user or delete one and replace with another employee who definitely needs access. I seem to be able to deactive but not remove/delete. Please help.
Bounced address deleted from list but still sending
Some time ago after several notification about bounce I deleted some addresses from list. But today after sending campaign I can see again that deleted adress in Hard bounce ! Can you explain something ?
Importing fields from ZOHO CRM for segmentation
I want to import 2 fields from CRM to the campagn so I can segment my lists.. one that should be simple is the rating.. (customer, prospect, vendor partner... etc... ) the other is interests.. this happens to be a multi select field.. I need to give my list segmentation to target my emails more effectively.. Number of PCs and employees woudl be nice addition as well..
Sync from Zoho campaigns to Zoho CRM
Having a problem using the web lead forms in Zoho CRM on my Wordpress platform website. Reviewing this here it appears I'm not the only one. With Zoho Campaigns there is no issue with the forms working on the site. I was hoping this was the MUCH needed work around to getting the form to function and gather data via the sync yet I think I'm missing something as it's not working the way I anticipated. Here's the Q - does the data from ZOHO Campaigns sync with ZOHO CRM or is it only CRM to Campaigns?
Can't add user to Zoho Campaigns bc email ID is already sender address
I need to add another user to Zoho Campaigns, but I keep getting this error message. "You are already using this email id as one of your sender address." How can I resolve this? Thanks.
How to deactivate the "Subscription Confirmation" e-mail?
Hi, I'd like to deactivate the subscription confirmation e-mail, so that when a new prospect register on our web form he's automatically subscribed to our mailing list, without having to confirm. We could do that because all of our customers have been contacted by phone and agreed to recieve an information e-mail...so no worries about SPAM. Thanks in advance
Bounces due to envelope email address too long
Hi, When sending out emails through Zoho Campaigns we get lots of bounces claiming that "mailbox name too long". How do I upload a suppression list
On first send using this system I had a lot of bounces. I found this was because there was a suppression list in the old system which had removed these from sending again. How do I upload this list, or do I have to manually remove them?
Send to a segment
Each day we are pushing our new email contacts from Zoho CRM to Zoho Campaigns and we want to send a welcome campaign to those new contacts. What is the best way to send to just that segment. I was thinking that I could go to the Mailing List and click the box next to the contact that I want and then be able to attach to a segment but it does not seem to work that way. Thank you!

Remove Table Boarder - Custom CSS in Template
Is there a way to remove the border around the table? I wish the CSS was editable for the templates. Many users don't want to design an email template from scratch. I like the wysiwyg drag and drop functionality but I would like to edit some of the css for boarder color, spacing, etc. 1. Is it possible to edit the CSS? 2. Will this functionality be added? I'm used to using iContact and have a couple of questions regarding Zoho Campaigns: 1. After someone opts-in, can we control what page they get directed to? We'd like to be able to give them a custom message encouraging them to follow-through on the double opt-in email they'll be getting. 2. Is it possible to turn off double opt-in? 3. Campaign email soft bounces never cleared or removed
I have a email campaign where I sent out several thousand newsletters. I had several hundred error with "Soft-errors". I have opened up several support tickets, but there are no answers, nor suggestions. They all say the soft-errors will try three times, then flag as a hard error. That is NOT what is happening. Syncing does not add ll contacts
When I first setup the service I had it sync with my clients and my prospects because I only had a 500 subscriber service it pulled them and then stopped.. I have since upgraded and it is not pulling the additional contacts. How do I get the additioanl contacts synced
Unable To View Editable Content
Zoho campaigns has been working very well for me the past two days, now all of a sudden, when I click EDIT HTML in my campaign draft, but nothing shows up. I am working in Chrome, and when I open in Windows, it tells me to work in Chrome... Not sure what to do, but I need to get in and edit my content! Any suggestions!
Campaign Contacts by Title?
I have a list synchronized with CRM. The list is all my "Phoenix Arizona", which is used in Zoho Campaigns, and is synchronized with Zoho CRM. How can I create a sub-list from my Zoho Campaigns "Phoenix Arizona" list to only send an email to people who have the job title that contains the word "Teacher", or "President, etc... New user is not synced in Campain
We have setup two syncs and a particular new user on CRM has not been synced to Campaigns. Is there a log or way you can troubleshoot why this user is not coming over in the daily sync? His first name is Justin in CRM.

Synchronization Zoho Campaigns to CRM
Dear management of Zoho and Zoho users, We currently both possess the Zoho CRM, and since last week, Zoho Campaigns. Our question is, in what way are both systems synchronized? Is this a "one-way" or "two-way" thing. If we delete a contact from the CRM, will this delete the contact from Campaigns as well? (and vice-versa?) The same goes as when we transfer a contact in CRM to another view, will this automatically transfer the same contact in campaigns as well? Thank you in advance,
