• Integrating CRM information into Creator

    I would like to pull key information from a Lead in CRM and populate at Creator Form which i can then add more information.   For example, I have a lead and i put basic information about the lead into the Lead module.  Then if/when i want, i can create a Creator form called Lead Profile where i can go into much greater depth about that lead but store it outside of CRM so that i dont use up all of my custom fields in CRM.   Say that Mary Smith inquires about getting some care for her Mom at home.

    Hi There, We want to test out the mass email feature as we haven't made use of it previously.  For example - I'd like to email everyone that sent a sales enquiry during September - To thank them, and to send them an updated product catalogue in the case that they're still looking to purchase.   • Syncing Gmail Without Using Zoho Mail Interface

    Our sales team uses Zoho CRM and Gmail, as well as the Gmail add-on.  For some reason, emails only attach to accounts/contacts when they're being received within the Zoho email interface. We'd rather just continue sending/receiving email in the web interface for gmail and have the emails automatically be synced against our zoho contact database - otherwise we're required to do incredibly tedious data entry. I'd also be amenable to a solution where we could cc or bcc an address in the zoho system

    Hi, Can you tell me how to create a report which shows all our products classified by category from all our accounts?  I'm basically trying to create a history of our zoho usage.  If I can also list date range, it would be a bonus!   • Removing commas from integer fields

    How can I remove the commas from integer fields in a template? We need a number for our invoices but that number must not contain any commas. Is there a way to use this field in a template (i.e. PDF) without commas? We're using that field as: ${Invoices.No. Factura} which of course puts commas to separate thousands and that's something we don't want. Thanks!

    I have my time zone set to "(GMT -5:0) Eastern Standard Time ( EST )" because I live in the state of North Carolina in the United States. Whenever I go to make a change anywhere it says the last modified time was 1 hour behind the current time- even though I know for a fact that I made the change 2 seconds ago. Please fix this!

    When I use Zoho CRM on my computer and enter a new note, all the notes stay in the order I entered them. By date. Which makes sense. However, when I look at the notes on my mobile phone app, all the notes are arranged in numerical order. This is frustrating because I am not able to see which note I entered last. Is there a way to order the notes on my iphone app by date? So that my most recent note is on top? This is really essential to what I do.

    Hi Is it possible to create groups for contacts on the Android version? Using Custom Views in CRM we can effectively create Contact Groups.
