• Salutation is not fetched when importing from Zoho CRM

  Whenever we import account/contacts from Zoho CRM using the "one click" feature, the Salutation seems to be missing everytime. Please include the Salutation as part of the import procedure.

• On-Edit workflow rules are not firing

  I have tried many types of configurations of workflow rules and editing multiple records and different fields within the records and can NOT get a workflow rule to trigger on edit. This is the same if i set the rule as Create/Edit or just plain Edit.  Create rules are working fine, as well as field-level triggers.   Am i missing something?

• CRM contextual gadget for Google apps not working :(

  I installed the gadget and it shows up in the emails but when I click on the GO button instead of working like it does in the instructions/video it simply opens up a new web browser window and logs me into my account.  I thought it was supposed to do a lot more than just be a link to my account. How do I set this gadget up right so it works properly? Please help.

  Hi, i have a lead web form capture on a landing page in order to gather lead data. But i want to assign a campaign source value to this lead as well. I thought that i could have used this code (hidden field within the form): <input type='hidden' maxlength='20' name='Campaign Source' value='Campaign 1' /> Data from my leads are stored execpted the campaign source within the CRM Shouldn't i use a hidden form for accomplishing this task ?   Hi I really need to be able to bulk add products to invoices. I add a minimum of 10 products to any one invoice and it's doing my head in the way i have to find a prod in the product selection screen ( i have a lot of porducts) then click add then do it all over again. • Need example for updating product list prices using CRM API

  We have imported several thousand products into Zoho CRM, but the Products module only allows "unit price," which is our purchase price or cost.  There doesn't seem to be a "list price," or selling price on a product.  So we looked at the Price Books module, but that doesn't seem to allow importing prices either.  Then we tried the API, but we don't see how to get or update the actual prices. Can anyone provide an example, or point us at any documentation for maintaining the prices?
