今回は、重複データの検索と統合機能に関するアップデート情報を紹介します。

■ Zoho CRM の重複データの検索と統合とは?

Zoho CRM では、特定の項目を重複禁止項目に設定することで、重複データの作成を抑制することができます。

重複禁止項目についての基本情報は、以下よりご確認ください。

このような設定を行って重複データの登録を防ぐように対策することもできますが、Zoho CRM にすでに登録されている重複データにおいては、重複データの個別検索と統合機能、または重複データの一括検索と統合機能を使用して、重複データをまとめることができます。

重複データの統合機能についての基本情報は、以下よりご確認ください。
今回、Zoho CRM の重複データの検索と統合機能にいくつかのアップデートがありました。当方で実際に設定したUIを、以下に掲載いたします。

■ 検索条件に使用する項目の編集

これまで、重複データの個別検索と統合機能では、重複データの検索に使用する項目を選択できませんでした。
今回のアップデートで、項目の追加や削除だけでなく、必要な項目を選択することができるようになりました。これにより、重複データをより正確に抽出することができます。




■ 商談タブとカスタムタブでの重複データの管理

以前の重複データの個別検索と統合機能、および重複データの一括検索と統合機能は、見込み客、取引先、連絡先、仕入先タブでのみ利用可能でした。
今回のアップデートで、商談やカスタムタブでも使用できるようになりました。これにより、Zoho CRM の組織全体で重複データをより効率的に統合できるようになりました。
