Trident for Windows is here with exciting new features aimed at optimizing your email experience, with updates designed to elevate your day-to-day communication and productivity.

Let's take a quick look at them!

Create email templates

Earlier, you could save email drafts as templates in the Mail Composer. With this update, you can now also create templates right from the Templates folder. These pre-written messages will help you save time and amplify professional communication.

Configure out-of-office responses

Automated out-of-office email responses can now be configured within Trident to notify colleagues of your unavailability when you're away from the office, such as on a business trip or a vacation.

Create email signatures

You can now create one or more personalized signatures and associate them with the email account of your choice. These signatures can be formatted using the rich text editor for a professional or personalized touch, and will automatically be added to your emails and replies.

Set reminders while composing emails

Previously, you could set reminders for emails sent or received. With this update, you can now set reminders while composing the email. You can choose to be reminded at a specific time, on every reply, or if no one replies by a certain time.

Customize incoming chat and call notifications

You can now personalize your notification sounds for incoming chats and calls. With these options, you can assign unique sounds to each type of notification, so you can instantly know what kind of message you just received.

Switch  department view on Cliq homepage 

Previously, you could only view your own department's details on the Cliq homepage. Now, you can easily switch between department views to see the same comprehensive information for every team.

Creating tasks using Smart Assistant 

You can now add due dates and set priorities for tasks you create using the Smart Assistant. Additionally, you can create tasks typing your commands like how you would casually speak. For example, simply type the task title followed by "today," "tomorrow," or any specific date, and the Smart Assistant will intelligently provide the option to create the task with those exact specifications.

To leverage these new features in Trident, update the app to the latest version by following the steps below:
  1. Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
  1. Then select Check for Updates from the menu list.
