Zoho Sign partners with IDology to provide dynamic knowledge-based authentication (KBA) for recipient authentication. Dynamic KBA generates questions to which ONLY the signer would know the answers. The questions are sourced from public demographic data and change over a period of time, ensuring maximum real-time verification of the recipient's identity.
Dynamic KBA is currently available in the US data center only.
