Can Zoho Creator Apps have multiple actors and steps? Example
Mortgage Application App- Outside party fills out form via published website form, Inside party approves for additional documentation, outside party recieved requests for x, y, and z documents. Outside party submits x, y and z but z is wrong. Inside party requests correction for Z, Outside party fixes z submission,
Inside party can now submit document package to mortage companies 1, 2, 3 for quote. Inside party gets back 3 quotes and send message to outside party with best offer and legal documents to sign (zoho sign). Document get's signed, deal registered, and case closed.
I don't think Zoho can handle this type of back and forth of a business process, and deal with it securely.
It seems to be just Form> Action> Close with some variation at the action level. I think some of these could be broken out to send out a new form link for the next step. But it would be a mess. I am I missing something?
