Does Marketplace Work?

I'm in the testing phase of Zoho Creator.  My intention is to build an application that does not exist that I can find.  

But I'm a little concerned as a developer about the "Zoho Marketplace" site.  Every time I click on a paid application (to get a sense of what my potential customer might experience), I get the below response.  Is this because the developer has removed the app or is this because of Zoho problems?  It's a little unsettling as a potential Zoho developer.
