We are a marketing agency that manages all digital marketing for several clients. We have noticed that a lot of our social posts have been failing to publish recently. We cannot find any pattern as to why they will not publish. We receive an email when the post fails, "We're sorry but the following post for ___(client name)___ couldn't go live because something went wrong with __(social channel)__" It does not explain why it only offers an option to republish the post. This is meaningless when the post was meant for a specific date.
We have been emailing
support@zohosocial.com, speaking with Prince. So far, it has not been very helpful so we thought it would be worth a shot to post here. Prince told us that the reason we are having failed posts is that we are trying to share event links. We've responded, explaining that this makes no sense, not all of the failing posts link to an event. It's also not like Facebook posts are the only ones that have been failing. We have seen this happen across multiple social channels including Instagram, Google+, and Twitter.
Can someone please help us with this? It's becoming incredibly annoying, we just want to know why this is happening and how we can avoid it moving forward. Thank you.
