Manage all your team's shared items in one place

Collaboration is key to the success of any business. With WorkDrive's advanced sharing feature, you can securely share items with your team members, partners, vendors, and other third-party service providers without any restrictions.

At the same time, it is imperative to retain complete control over the shared items to prevent data loss or information breaches. Keeping track of all the shared items in a team is tedious and consumes more time.

Wouldn't it be perfect if you could be able to track and manage all your team's shared items in one place?

As an Admin, you can now view a list of all shared files and track who they're shared with, whether they're shared externally or internally, and more. You can also update or remove share permissions if required.



To view the list of your team's shared items, go to Data Administration under the Admin Console, and click the Shared Items tab. From there, you'll be able to view the list of all shared items. Depending on your needs, you can also apply filters (such as share type, location, and file type) to find a specific shared item.

Notes:
  • Only the team's Super Admin and Admins can view and manage shared items from the Data Administration tab.
  • Support for Data Administration is only available with WorkDrive's Business plan. Learn more about WorkDrive plans and pricing
