Please add dial in number into meeting invites
I would like to propose making the invitations to meetings be a bit better. Here is the problem:
- I create a meeting in ZM
- I add attendees
- I add the meeting to my calendar ONLY via .ics file download/upload (already suggested fixing this in another post)
- IF I do the download/upload .ics file link, the ONLY text in the description is a link to the online meeting
- IF a customer just wants to have an audio-based conference and will not be at a computer, the meeting invite as it is it now is useless for them
- I have to manually add the link to the dial-in information myself by going all the way back into Zoho meeting and finding the dial in number page
Even if you cannot fix the .ics file issue to have direct loading to Google Calendar, then can you please allow me to set my dial-in number for my country and then add that dial-in number to the invite text (along with a link to the dial-in page in case there are foreign attendees)?
