Zoho Mail

Group Tags for Shared Mailbox

Within Shared Mailbox, Moderators can now create group tags, accessible to all users, to effortlessly categorize and apply to emails.

Sort by option for Notes in Mail

You can now sort your notes by modification time—choose to view the oldest or newest first, making it easier to find what you need in seconds!

Display of Delegate's Email Address in Email Preview

When an email is sent from a delegated account, the preview will now clearly indicate the delegate's email address along with the main account holder's.

Include Attachments in Reply Email

Using the Reply or Reply All option in a reply email will now automatically include all original attachments. Simply enable the Include Attachments setting in Mail to include all the attachments.

Increased Attachment Selection Limit in Mail

You can now select up to 15 attachments in the Attachment Viewer at once, instead of the usual limit of 10, to perform Mail actions more effectively.

Keyboard Shortcut for Faster Attachment Selection

For quicker selection, use the keyboard shortcut (Shift + Command) to choose multiple attachments simultaneously.

Alert for Unverified PGP-Signed Emails

PGP-signed email will now display a Not Verified warning in the email preview pane, when the sender's public key is not verified or added to your Zoho Mail account.

All of your installed extensions in Zoho Cliq will now get updated automatically whenever a new version is released in the Marketplace. As an admin, you have the option to disable auto-updates for individual extensions based on your preference.
