Everhour is a team tracking software that helps you take control of hours worked, optimize work time, and manage tasks accordingly. By integrating Everhour with Zoho Cliq, you can add new tasks, invoices, clients, and expenses, as well as track and manage them. You can also pull reports of projects and users and view them in any conversation.

Installation
Go to the Zoho Cliq Marketplace and search for "Everhour", or install it directly from this link. Choose whether to install the extension for your entire organization or specific teams.
Accept the extension's permission requests.
Features
Create task
Bot menu action: You can create tasks by navigating to the bot menu action and selecting Create -> Task.
Widget: Go to the Everhour widget, select the Tasks tab, and click the New Task button.
Message action: Directly convert chats into tasks by hovering over a message, clicking the kebab icon, and selecting More. Then, search for Everhour or create a task and click the Create Task option.
A create task form appears, where you need to fill in the following fields:
Name: The title or summary of the task.
Due date: The deadline for task completion.
Project: The project this task is associated with.
Section: The specific category or grouping within the project.
Assignees: The individuals responsible for completing the task.
Status: The current progress or state of the task (e.g., "To-do","In Progress," "Completed").
Add the details in the form and click on the Create button.
Create expense
Bot menu action: You can create an expense by navigating to the bot menu action and selecting Create -> Expense.
Widget: Go to the Everhour widget, select the Expenses tab, and click the New Expense button.
A create expense form appears, where you need to fill in the following fields:
Category: The type of expense (e.g., Travel, Software, Equipment).
Amount: The total cost of the expense.
Description: A brief explanation of the expense.
Projects: The associated project the expense is linked to.
File: An optional attachment, such as a receipt or invoice, for reference.
Add the details in the form and click on the Add New button.
Create invoice
Bot menu action: You can create an invoice by navigating to the bot menu action and selecting Create -> Invoice.
Widget: Go to the Everhour widget, select the Invoices tab, and click the New Invoice button.
A Create Invoice form appears, where you need to fill in the following fields:
Client: Enter the name of the client to whom the invoice is addressed.
Project: Specify the project associated with the invoice.
Include expense: Indicate if expenses are to be included in the invoice.
Tax (%): Enter the applicable tax rate as a percentage.
Discount (%): Enter the discount rate as a percentage to be applied.
Select Next to add invoice items.
For the number of items you select, provide the following details for each item:
Rate: Specify the cost per hour.
Time: Enter the time duration or quantity for the item.
Description: Provide a brief description of the item.
Add the details in the form and click on the Save button.
Create client
Bot menu action: You can create a client by navigating to the bot menu action and selecting Create -> Client.
A New Client form appears, where you need to fill in the following fields:
Name: Enter the full name of the client.
Project: Specify the project name or description.
Email: Provide the client's email address for communication.
Business description: Briefly describe the client's business or industry.
Enter the details in the form and click the New Client button to create a client.
Get notifications in channels
Using the Configuration -> Map Channel bot menu action, you can map channels to receive notifications in a particular channel.
You will get notifications when a task is created or updated or when the timer has been started or stopped.
View tasks
Widget: You can view all your tasks in the Tasks tab of the Everhour widget. Here, you will find several options to perform actions, such as:
Filter: Use the filter option to view tasks corresponding to a particular section (e.g., To Do, In Progress, Completed) or based on their due date.
New task: Create a new task directly from here.
Change project: Switch between projects to view tasks specific to the selected project.
Under each task, details such as Task Name, Section, Due Date, Billable Hours, and Status are displayed. Additionally, you can perform actions for each task, such as starting or stopping the timer, editing, or deleting the task.
Slash Command: Use the slash command /everhour and select the Task Deadline option to view tasks due today.
View expense
Widget: You can view all your expenses in the Expense tab of the Everhour widget. Here, you will find several options to perform actions, such as:
New expense: Create a new expense directly from here.
Under each expense, details such as Expense Name, Category, and Amount are displayed. Additionally, you can perform actions for each expense, such as editing or deleting it.
View Invoices
Widget: You can view all your invoices in the Invoices tab of the Everhour widget. Here, you will find several options to perform actions, such as:
New invoice: Create a new expense directly from here.
Under each expense, details such as Expense Name, Category, and Amount are displayed. Additionally, you can perform actions for each expense, such as editing or deleting it.
View reports
Widget: You can view your reports on the Project Cost and Client Profits. Each report has details on Project name, Billable amount, Cost incurred, Profit, Hours spent, and Billing
Start/Stop timer
Use the command /everhour and select the Task Time Start/Stop option or /addtimer where your task details along with a start/stop button will be displayed.
Pull reports
Use the command /everhour - Project Report to pull reports of active projects and their details.
Use the command /everhour - User Report to pull reports of active users and their details in any conversation.
