It’s the festive season, the perfect time to spread joy and great deals! Now, with Zoho Forms’ latest enhancement for Stripe Checkout, you can do exactly that with coupon codes!
Your payment forms integrated with Stripe Checkout can now support coupon codes to allow respondents to apply discounts directly on the payment page.

How it works  

Enable the option Accept coupon code for this form via Stripe Checkout page while setting up the payment gateway.
Once configured, respondents will see a Coupon Code field on the payment page.They can enter a valid coupon code and, once a valid code is applied, Stripe automatically calculates and displays the discount amount.

The checkout page instantly shows:
  1. Subtotal (before discount)
  2. Discount (applied via coupon code)
  3. Total amount payable
This ensures complete transparency for respondents while helping you track the exact impact of your promotional campaigns.

View detailed transaction breakdowns in Zoho Forms

Once a respondent completes the payment, all transaction details are captured in the All Entries section of your form.

Here’s what you will see for each entry:
  1. Payment Amount 
  2. Payment Status
  3. Payment Currency
  4. Payment Merchant
  5. Payment Transaction ID 
You can also click the Show Details option under the Payment Transaction ID column to expand the full breakdown, as shown below:
  1. Subtotal
  2. Discount
  3. Total
