On setting up response preferences
If you want to enable your surveys to publish responses to a public URL, we have the solution! You can adjust the visibility of survey links for individual responses and the download links for signature and file upload responses. The option is set disabled, by default.
Generate a public link for individual responses: Enable or disable public links for each response. Your survey responses will only be available for public viewing if you enable this option.
Generate public links to download the signature and file upload responses: Enable or disable public download for your signature and file upload responses in specific survey sections, such as the end page, exports, or publicly shared reports. When disabled, the related image files in individual response links and shared reports will also be hidden. However, they will still be available for you to download securely from the survey's Reports section.
