Response Preferences

The Response Preferences section lets you enable or disable generating the public response link for individual responses and the download links for signature and file upload responses. This means that you can choose to enable or disable your signature and file upload responses to be available for download in specific sections such as the survey end page, exports, or publicly shared reports. This option is set disabled, by default. However, you can still download them securely from the survey's Reports section.

To generate a public individual response URL:

Click Preferences in the Settings tab.
Select Generate a public link for each individual response in the Response Preferences section.
Click Save.

To enable downloading the signature and file upload responses:

Click Preferences in the Settings tab.
Select Generate public links to download the signature and file upload responses in the Response Preferences section.
Click Save.
