Tip#44【Zoho CRM】メモのメンション機能

Zoho CRM のメモ機能、皆さんはどのような時に利用していますか?

 

自社では例えば、お客さんからきた電話の問い合わせ内容を履歴として残したり、デモを行なった際のメモ、ウェビナーの申し込み情報など、マーケティングチームも営業チームも、日頃からメモを利用しています。


中には、マーケティングチームから営業チームにリードを情報を引き継ぐ時にメモの内容を共有したい場合があります。そのような時は、メモのメンション機能を利用しています!

 

そこで今回は、メモのメンション機能の便利なところを紹介していきます。

 


1.特定のユーザーにメモの内容を共有できる

メモの文章中に "@ユーザー名もしくはメールアドレス"を入力してメモを追加するだけで、該当のユーザーにメモをメンションできます。

2.メンションされたユーザーにはメールで通知

メンションをすると、メンションされたユーザーにはZoho CRM上の通知と、アカウントのメールアドレス宛にメールで通知が届くので、メモの内容をCRM に見に行かなくてもメール上で確認できます。

3.複数ユーザーや役職、グループ単位でもメンションできる

1人のユーザーにメンションできるだけでなく、複数のユーザーや役職、グループ単位のメンションも可能です。あるチームへまとめてメモを共有したい時にはこちらを使うと便利です。もちろんメンションされた複数のユーザー宛にメールの通知が送られます。
