What’s New  

1. AI Assist for Notes

Zia’s AI Assist is now available when adding notes to any record, be it a candidate, client, or job opening. Just click the AI Assist button, type a few rough points, and let Zia instantly refine them into a clear, professional note.

2. New “Remove Redundancies” prompt

We’ve introduced a new system prompt called Remove Redundancies, specifically built for notes.

Recruiters often log repetitive updates or overlapping details while multitasking. This prompt ensures your notes stay focused and free of unnecessary repetition, making them easier to read and refer to.

3. Faster processing time

Zia now works noticeably faster across all areas:

  • Assessments: Below 20 seconds

  • Other areas (Job Descriptions, Emails, Notes, etc.): Reduced from 30 seconds → 5–10 seconds

That means your AI-powered suggestions appear almost instantly, keeping your workflow smooth and uninterrupted.
