Zoho Book not Connecting to Bank
Is anyone else having issues with Zoho Books connecting to their bank? We have not been able to connect to the Co-operative bank feeds since Dec. Zoho are blaming the Co-op but the Co-op says that it has to be a Zoho issue as no other accounting software is having this issue. Today I asked for a partial refund because this important part of the software is not working and Zoho appear to have no timeline for sorting it but due to their typical poor customer service no partial refund was forthcoming. I just wondered whether I need to move from Zoho or have others had this issue and solved it?

It is not allowing the importing of any rows because of a duplicate customer name problem, but there are no duplicates in the custoemr name row.
