Hello, When creating new tasks on the mobile app, it would be really handy to be able to create a task (when being in another project) for another project, so the Project (and it's Tasklines) would need to be selectable. The flow would be in that case : > having mobile app open in a certain project > create a new task (+) > input Subjectd of task > field with current Projectname visible and selectable (dropdown) => being able to select different Project > if select another project => see dropdown-list
Logging out going calls in mobile App
When I call from the CRM app on my iPhone at the end of the call the app used to ask if I wanted to log the call. If I said yes it came up with a description field that I could enter the call details and outcomes. Now all that happens is it log the calls but no description box shows! Is this being rectified or is there a setting I have to change? Martin

Log incoming calls on Android CRM?
I keep reading that I'm able to log incoming calls on the CRM app for Android, but when I answer a call and hang up, I never get the option to log. Is there a special admin I need to do for that? Or permissions? Thanks
Open Ticket in Zoho Desk Mobile App from Email Notification.
When our ticket agents get an email with the email, on a computer, if they click "View Ticket" button, it automatically opens up that ticket in browser. But what about the phone for our agents who also have the app downloaded? Clicking the link from an email on a phone doesn't open up the ticket in the app. It opens up the internet browser! Is there any way to for us to be able to open up the ticket in the app from an email on the phone?
Notification on iOS
The notifications on iOS are in a separate tab. So if I open and reply all the ticket, it doesn't clear the notification, I need to go to the notification tab for them to dismiss. Why it doesn't work like email, where the notification on the app give you the number of unopened tickets. I want to say that other than that, I really like the app, it's a pleasure to work with it and the design and UX is very nice.
Auto Increment Based on Other Pick list status in Cases Module
Dear Team, In the Cases Module, we like to set auto increment field when status of case is closed. we have configured the custom function for the mobile application. However as mobile supports offline mode, sometimes these function is not working and others also not updating in the cases. Please suggest us the solution to apply in the mobile app considering the offline functionality. Is there any process where we can disable offline functionality in the app.
Site survey with photos
So we visit homes and businesses and undertake surveys. These are simple little lists we use but always need a couple of photos. I got excited with the addition of image field but the app does not use them and as you can imagine we use iPads and iPhones. I tried forms and JotForm but there is no way of lifting over images in zapier. In zoho there is always more than one way of solving a problems but at the moment I am stumped. At worse I would settle for a pdf attachment but again the app does not

Show year when searching old emails
When using search, it only shows you the month and date of the email (see attachment). This makes it difficult to determine which year the email is from unless you click on. It would be nice to include the year in search results.
Filters in iOS
I created filters for my contacts in the desktop version. I don't see those filters on my iPad. And don't tell me that the development team somehow didn't understand that we'd need our filters on a mobile device.

Hi All, To change Display Name Login to https://www.zoho.com/mail Select Settings >> (select) Send Mail As Highlight and click the 'Edit' icon across the particular email address under 'From Addresses List' In the 'Display Name' text box, provide the desired Display Name Click 'Update' to save the changes. Send as Group email on mobile app
I have created a group. Eg. Sales@123.com. I have already enabled allow to send as Group. I have no issue composing mail as sales@123.com on my desktop. However I cannot do so on my mobile phone. Drop down arrow also only shows my personal email. How to I send as Group on mobile app?

Can't use Zoho on phone -- app or web!
Recently I had some computer issues, so I needed to use Zoho on my phone (iPhone). Every time I tried to launch the app, within one second, it crashes. So, I decided to go to Zoho via Safari on my phone. That was not successful either -- it will open a page, but you can only see a tiny corner of the page and *you can't move the page around*! So I was not able to use Zoho on my phone with either method. In talking to one of my colleagues, I found out she has the same problem -- the Zoho app crashes/quits
Custom Dashboard on mobile app
Trying to figure out why my custom dashboard is not showing up on the mobile app. I can see the dashboard on the desktop with no problems. However, when I try to access it on the mobile app, it says "No Components". Any help would be appreciated.

Texting through Zoho CRM
Is Zoho working on making it easier to send and receive texts via their mobile device if the are using Zoho CRM? It's quite clunky currently to have to be on the desktop version versus coming to an actual phone where they can be responded to immediately which is really the purpose of texting. Times are changing where texting is becoming the communication of choice with potential clients. Emails and phone calling is going by the wayside. Would love to see Zoho develop something that will work

I know it can be done if you have a PBX system, but I just have myself and an iphone. Surely there must be a way to do this. I don't believe it's because "Apple has locked it down" as Zoho states, otherwise the PBX systems wouldn't work either. Who is the guru who can solve this?

Approve Leads Zoho CRM IOS App
I am unable to approve leads in the IOS CRM app. Am i missing something or is this not possible? They have a lock icon that says Waiting for Approval, but i don't see anywhere i can do that.
Cannot Add Second Zoho Email to Mobile App
I see from the mobile app there is a button to add additional accounts to the app. But, each time I click Add Account, it attempts to add my current main account. Is there a different way to add a second Zoho email to the app?

No send button on Android app
I provide websites and web services for small businesses. I just set up a client with Zoho mail, to test out your services. When composing a new e-mail, the Zoho Mail Android app on his phone (Samsung Galaxy S7) does not show all the buttons on the toolbar. The responsive design hides all the icons. I love the new view in the mobile iOS app that lets us see ALL TIME SHEETS. Would it be possible to add the viewing of live timers of all users as well? as an admin, I constantly check in on where my employees are, and what they are working on. I do this by checking the live timers status on the web app. having this in the mobile app would be great.
Can't position Name field on contacts
I have the issue that I cannot position the first name & last names system fields on my contacts form. They are also showing "Created Time", "Modified Time" and "Last Activity Time" fields alongside them which is interfering with my contact layout.
