Different Fields for Online and Offline
Hello, When online we would like only to show the message field in the chat window. When offline, we would like the name and email address fields to show also, and be compulsory. Is this possible please? Thanks.
Send user specific link to lead/contact to link with salesIQ
Hi there, Is it possible to generate a link to our website that is unique to the user so that when they click on it I can see it is them in SalesIQ? At the moment, if I send a link to them, I see that someone has arrived on SalesIQ but I don't know it's them unless they register for something, or use the chat window. Thanks

Hi there, We use SalesIQ, and so we collect data such as the web behaviour. You said on this page (https://www.zoho.com/salesiq/gdpr.html) that our visitors can opt out of this. SalesIQ Chat code interference in Microsoft Edge
We've installed the chat code on our website and it works great. Unfortunately, for clients using Microsoft Edge, the buttons do not animate (i.e. you click the button, it does what it should, but it does not appear to push down.), and client-side form validation is interefered with. No such issues for clients using Google Chrome.
Round Robin
I want incoming chats to pop up in a round robin fashion for all available agents. This seems like a pretty basic request. Under Settings>Automation there is an option to assign one by one but SalesIQ chat was unable to explain exactly what this did. How do others handle disbursing incoming chats in an equatable manner?

If I have more than 10 users in my CRM with professional licenses, and all of them need access to insights from SalesIQ, what license should I get for SalesIQ? Feature wise, I only need the professional license of SalesIQ.
Different Icon for Mobile Widget
Is there a way to have a different icon for mobile browsers than that of the selected one for main? I really love SalesIQ so far but the widget I selected for web browsers is too large for mobile browsers. Also, can we get the button widget text bubble resizable? Currently there is quite of bit of empty space. This would also be nice to have the button without the bubble for mobile browser.
unable to log in to tracking system
Hi all. i am trying to log in to my tracking system but literary after 1 to 2 seconds the screen gives me a error. Sorry, We could not process your request ! and possible reasons. Bots / Suspicious / Fake / Spam visitors
We have a lot of visitors having this behavior: They come and quit more than 100 times. No doubt they are bots. We have already blocked the IPs with the .htaccess and they are always coming back. Any advice to get rid of them? They are ruining our stats.

I cannot get an intelligent Trigger to fire where current visit source is equal to "Adwords" Is there something not working internally?
The trigger was working but we needed to change the message. I did so and it would no longer fire. So I deleted and created a new trigger. I am trying to make sure our paid google clicks that arrive from clicking on a remarketing adwords advert accesses any page on my site pop up a chat invite with a sales offer. SalesIQ visitor not leaving
Since this problem is still active and the other forum topic is marked as "solved", I wanted to make this new topic. Problem: In SalesIQ under "Visitors online", visitors often don't disappear and just pile up. When I want to initiate a chat, the visitors appears to be offline and are finally removed form the list. Yesterday I had around 30 visitors showing as "on site" for over 2-5 hours. This is annoying and makes it hard to find real active visitors. This of course screws with the "visitor time

Hello, I signed up using a personal email address and my real business name just testing out Zoho, and then decided I wanted to use this service and switch to my proper email address. As I couldn't change the business name, I deleted my account and then made a new one. Now I find that the business name is in use. Intelligent Trigger during specific time interval
We successfully use an intelligent trigger to have our Chat window pop up proactively if a user in on our site more than 2 minutes and this is his first visit. However we only have people responding to chats during business hours EST time. Outside business hours we would NOT like the chat to pop up automatically and prompt the visitor a chat (there is nobody to answer on our side). Is there a way to make the Intelligent trigger dependent on a time interval?

Hello, I have created a SalesIQ account using my work Email address and added an admin account. The visitor tracking is active and works. But I have also, previously, created a SalesIQ account with this admin account. But on this account, the visitor tracking is not active and doesn't wok. Hi, I have tried the plug in Zoho SalesIQ in my Joomla 3.7.0 site but I receive this message: Strict Standards: Redefining already defined constructor for class plgSystemZoho_SalesIQ in /home/pinolerotours/public_html/plugins/system/zoho_salesiq/zoho_salesiq.php on line 22 And the site cannot show the pictures in the correct aspect, the images are stretched long. Why do i get this... My Domain is https, google frame is also https.. but still this is polluting my "console log reporting analytics" with alot of these errors... The view "Visitors On-line" suddenly stopped working! It is not showing any visitors to our site, event though there are people on-line. The visitor history also shows this. Could you investigate what has happened to our setup? we have not made any changes!

Chat Box not showing up in 2 Wordpress sites + differentiating visitor tracking
I read the other forum articles on this topic and can't find a solution. I have two websites and two separate embeds and I am using the "float" code snippet on both sites...at least I think so. Both sites track visitors but neither site has a chat box. I am stumped on this one. Related question - since I have 2 different sites, how can I tell the difference between visitors when I am tracking them. How can I tell which website they are on. It seems that when somebody went on a chat and gave us their e-mail, the system automatically sends them an invite to join our customer portal. How do I stop this function!? we do not want them to join our portal at this stage!!!?
SalesIQ time on site is wrong!?
We use SalesIQ to make statistics bout how long users spend on our site. However we have noticed that even if a user just enters a page and closes the page right after, SalesIQ keeps it alive for more than a minute and reports back that time on page is 1min and 5-10 sec. It is off with more than a minute !?? It is important for us to know if Adwords users just bounce off the page right away. What is wrong? Google Analytics also tells another story about the bounce rate!?
Adwords Source not showing correctly in SalesIQ
We have experienced that in some cases SalesIQ shows Adwords directed traffic as "Direct"! We can see that the links captured for the actions do have a gclid adresses, but SalesIQ does not categorize the visitor as coming from Adwords. This messes up our analysis of the sources. Please explain if we are missing a setup? How do you determine if the visitor is Adwords or Direct?
