SalesIQ dartboard shows Ghost users (hybernated machine)
We have observed that if a user forgets to shut down the page where the tracking script is embedded and his machine goes into hybernation, sometimes SalesIQ shows him as still active. Is there something we can do to avoid "Ghost" visitors on our live IQ Dartboard!?

Why I have a lot more visitors on Zoho Sales IQ than on Google Analytics
Hi , I was surprised when I saw 21 visitors on my site in Zoho Sales IQ. At the same time I was monitoring my site on Google Analytics realtime. There the figures showed 3 online visitors. How is this possible? I excluded some IP addresses in google analytics but this can not explain the difference. Could this have to do with robots? Not all SalesIQ visits are transferred to CRM???
I have two WebEmbed's setup in my SalesIQ. The tracking code is embedded in two differnet web sits (URL's). In salesIQ I can see all the historical visitors on both websites ... It works! However I would expect the same information to be available in "Visits" in CRM and then eventually as Leads in CRM. However only visits from one of my Web Embed's show up... the other data is not pushed to CRM??? why is that?
SalesIQ No Longer Working
As the subject line says.....SalesIQ has totally stopped tracking any visitors. We have a lot of traffic but none of it shows up as live visitors at all. The "Click here to Chat" tab shows as always - just not working on the back end. Is this a known issue? Ron
How to visiters close the chat window on smartphones?
The zoho Sales iq Chat is working fine on desktops, but when visiter use it on their mobile devices there is no way for them to close the chat window and then they end up leaving our site. Why is there no "X" for mobile users to close the chat? Can you help me make that possible on my chat? This is really effecting our drop-offs. Thank you.

How do I add a visitor to my CRM
How do I tie up a visitor who I have not web chatted with to a Zoho CRM contact/lead. On numerous occasions I have had visitors online who call me on the phone at the same time, so I can identify them in SaleIQ. I want to add them to my CRM/tie them up to existing leads in my CRM but I cannot find a way to do this without them having to chat with me via the SalesIQ plug in first. Is it possible to do this without the web chat?

Hi there, I would like to create a rule for my lead scoring strategy. One thing I can't seem to see, is how i can assign a URL with a score. SalesIQ was working perfectly 12 hours ago, but when i tested again today I noticed the floating "start Chat" button was not displaying, nor was the chat window. Do not track certain IP's
Is there a way to not track certain IP, so that it would not count against the monthly sessions? For instance, there is no reason to count my personal IP since I am developing the site, but will be on it daily. Also, the IP of the business itself, owner and IP like that would add against the allotment, but not be beneficial for use or statistics. Thanks! Milo

I have a multi language website (based on Wordpress) and as far as I read, the web embed should automatically translate text based on the visitor browser language. In my testing, this is should work fine, if it weren't for the fact some custom texts are not translated. How can I roll back this "custom" texts to the default values? What is the limitation for "Embed on 1 website"
Hi, I am confused about the features listed in SalesIQ, on the free version (which depending on this feature, is all I need right now) it says I can 'Embedded on 1 website' Does this mean I am limited to 1 literal page (ie: www.mysite.com/about.html) or am I able to put it on all pages on a domain. (ie: mysite.com/index.html & mysite.com/services.html & mysite.com/about.html & mysite.com/contact.html) Thank you, -Addison

Only on Chrome, the site is reporting a message URL not configured
When loading the chat of the SalesIQ only on Chrome appears the message "URL not configured" instead of the buttom. The Iframe with the widget address is present, but a short table marckup with the message is rendered instead of the actual widget.

Inaccurate visitor tracking with ajax loaded content
Hi, I'm working on implementing SalesIQ into our website, but I noticed that the tracking is not always detecting when a visitor changes page. Sometimes it completely misses a page change, other times it will notice that the page has changed but does not update the title of the page - although it does at least notice the URL change. In addition I can't use the Zoho CRM webform, as our registration form asks the lead to choose a password. Inaccurate SalesIQ Visitor Tracking?
Just got an email; Alert! Zoho SalesIQ Visitor Tracking Limit Exceeded. Believe me, I would love to have over 100k visitors, but it simply isn't correct. I have google analytics installed on the web property and it reads 33,000 visitors for the same month. With Google Analytics as an industry standard and independent 3rd party, I am inclined to believe it is more accurate. To add injury to insult, SalesIQ no longer supports visitor tracking for the rest of the month... Has anyone else seen inaccuracy

I installed IQ plugin for WordPress and followed instructions but it broke my homepage slider (removed it completely) ....Was too afraid it might break something else on the site so I deactivated it. Upon installation it also said there was 6 lines of unexpected code with the new installed app and if it broke anything to deactivate the plugin.
