Zoho Sign Product updates - H2 2024

Hello!

We have almost come to the end of 2024! Here's a list of features and enhancements that went live in the later half of the year.
  • NOM 151 certification
  • Witness signing
  • Formula, conditional, and custom fields
  • Zoho Sign's extension for Bigin by Zoho CRM

NOM 151 for Mexico

Users can now get their document signed with NOM 151, a conservation certificate issued by PSC World, a certification services provider (PSC) authorized by the Ministry of Economy in Mexico.


Witness signing

Zoho Sign now lets users add witnesses to their recipients for documents that require the need for an additional witness's signature.


Formula, conditional, and custom fields

Users can now automate field value calculations based on the signer's inputs, show/hide fields based on the signer's inputs, or even create a dynamic, reusable signer field fully customized to their needs.


Zoho Sign's extension for Bigin by Zoho CRM

Zoho Sign's extension is now available in Bigin to help small businesses easily send, sign and manage their documents directly from their Bigin dashboard.


Group bulk send

The group bulk send feature in Zoho Sign is for businesses who have more than one dynamic recipient in their signature request, along with other fixed recipients.


Digital signatures for Saudi Arabia

Zoho Sign now helps Saudi Arabia businesses to digitally sign documents by integrating with emdha, a certified trust service provider recognized by the Kingdom's Digital Government Authority and licensed by the Saudi Communications, Space, and Technology Commission.


Digital signatures for the European Union and Kenya via Evrotrust

Organizations based out of the European Union or Kenya can now get their business documents or contracts signed with Zoho Sign. The digital signature certificates are issued by Evrotrust, a qualified trust service provider in the EU issuing qualified electronic signatures certificates, and also issues advanced electronic signature certificates for Kenya.

Checkbox grouping

Users can now add group checkbox fields to their documents or templates in a single click.

Signer group

Users can now send documents to a group of recipients and have any member of the group sign the document.
