【Zoho CRM】ポータル機能のアップデート

今回は「Zoho CRM アップデート情報」の中からポータル機能のアップデートをご紹介します。

今回の機能アップデートにより、CRMのポータルへのログインがより簡単にできるようになりました。

今回のアップデートにより、アイデンティティプロバイダー（IdP）を利用している組織において、SAMLベースのSSO（シングルサインオン）を有効化できるようになりました！

以下に詳細をご説明します。


   

1. SAMLベースのシングルサインオンについて

 

 

ポータルユーザーが複数の関連アプリにより簡単にアクセスできるよう、SAMLベースのSSO（シングルサインオン）が導入されました。これにより、複数のアプリケーションを利用する際のログイン手続きを簡略化できます。

  • プロジェクト管理ツールの利用
    ユーザーは進捗状況を確認するためにプロジェクト管理ツールへスムーズにログインできます。

  • CRMポータルへのアクセス
    商談情報を確認する際、ログイン情報を再入力する必要がなく、自動的にポータルにログインできます。

  • デザインツールの利用
    プロトタイプを確認する際も、認証情報を再入力せずにデザインツールを利用できます。

 

2. ポータルへのアクセスリンク送付について

ユーザーごとに任意のメールアドレスを指定して送信できるようになりました。これにより、用途や状況に応じて、メインのメールアドレス以外にも柔軟にログインの招待を送ることが可能です。



任意のポータルの設定画面を開き、画面右上の「・・・」アイコンをクリックすると、プルダウンメニューが表示されます。



そこから「招待設定」をクリックすると、招待を送信するメール項目を選択できます。

 

上記の設定は以下のタイミングで設定が可能です

  1. ポータルユーザーの作成を完了する直前

  2. ポータルユーザーの種類に、まだポータルユーザーやポータル登録フォームが追加されていない場合

この機能を活用することで、状況に応じたより柔軟な対応が可能になります。

今回のアップデート対象の「ポータル機能」は、以下の場合には利用できません。

  • 試用版

  • 開発者向けプラン

  • サンドボックス（テスト環境）

  • モバイル版
