Problem retrieving the record ID
Hello, I have a case containing 2 tasks. I would like to set up an automated system to determine the status of a case on the basis of the statuses of 2 associated tasks. Here is the use case, When a user updates the status of a task, 1- retrieve the recordBigin Version and Zoho One
We are a Zoho One subscriber and are looking at a more simplified solution for our sales team. Bigin seems to fit the bill and I thought it was included in Zoho One, but every time I try to do anything complex I'm told I need to upgrade. Is this normal?Is Zoho down?
