【開催報告】大阪 ユーザー交流会 6/8(木)

皆さま、こんにちは。コミュニティチームの中野です。

 

6/8(木)に「マーケティング / 営業部門におけるZoho 活用方法   をテーマに、約4年ぶりにユーザー交流会(Meetup)を大阪・梅田にて開催しました!

本投稿では、その様子をお届けします。


 

なお、セッションで使用したスライドについては、東京開催のレポートにて共有しています。

 

今月の開催回では、船井総研デジタル 伊佐次 崇宏さんによるユーザー事例セッション「社内商談管理を効率化するための Zoho 活用術! ~商談 /問合せ対応 / データ可視化編~のほか、弊社技術部による、Zoho CRM のよくある問い合わせやアップデート情報を解説するZoho セッションを実施。

また、お楽しみ会や懇親会では、参加者同士でZoho に関する熱い議論が繰り広げられました。

 

 

登壇いただいた伊佐次さん、そして参加いただいたZoho ユーザーのみなさん、ありがとうございました!

 

当日の参加率が非常に高く、懇親会で準備していた食事が一瞬でなくなってしまったことをお詫び申し上げます……

 

 

◎お楽しみ会(ヒーローインタビュー) 

 

参加者同士で、Zoho サービスに関する日々の取り組みや成果について、お互いをインタビューし合う「ヒーロインタビュー」を開催しました。

 

日々の業務を楽にするカスタマイズや設定に関する知見を相互共有されている場面が多かったのが印象的でした。

 





 

今後もこのようなユーザー交流会や、課題解決型のワークショップ型イベント 「Zoho ワークアウト」を引き続き開催していきますので、ぜひご参加ください。
