【開催報告】 ユーザー交流会 2024/6/6(木)SaaS営業活動を支えるZoho One

6/6(木)に、ユーザー交流会 大阪を開催しました。本投稿では、その様子をお届けします。当日の登壇資料などもこちらに共有しますので、参加できなかった皆さまもご参照ください。

今年初の開催となるユーザー交流会 大阪では、LRM株式会社 堀江さんによるZoho One の事例セッションのほか、「Zoho サービス同士の連携」をテーマに参加者同士でZoho の活用方法を共有し合うグループワークを行いました
登壇いただいた堀江さん、そして参加いただいたZoho ユーザーの皆さん、ありがとうございました!

事例セッション SaaS営業活動を支えるZoho One

クラウドストレージ、メールセキュリティ対策、PC情報漏えい対策やログ管理サービスなど、情報セキュリティ課題を解決する多数のサービスを提供するLRM株式会社の堀江さまが、案件管理〜利用状況の分析におけるZoho Oneの活用方法、他社サービスとの連携について解説しました。

1、案件・顧客管理
・問い合わせの対応:Webサイトと Zoho Forms / Zoho SalesIQ の連携


・CRMによる商談(案件)管理



・CRMによる契約顧客管理
カスタムタブで契約管理台帳を作成し、管理しています。
サブスクリプション型のサービスを扱っているため、契約期限の延長はワークフローで自動化しています。 *閏年の計算はどうしてもずれてしまうため手動で更新しています。







2、ステップメール(CRM)
・CRM とMarketo の連携
弊社の場合は、Zoho Flow ではなく、扱いに慣れているZapier を利用して、Marketo との連携を実現しています。CRM内の情報修正を実施する度にMarketo 側にも情報を反映するように設定しています。
その場合は、かなりの情報量をやりとりすることになるため、Zapier の契約プランは想定のリクエスト数に耐え得る内容にするなど注意が必要です。


3、問い合わせ管理(Zoho Desk )
問い合わせ管理については、Zendesk と、一部メール対応にZoho Deskを利用しています。


4、SaaS利用状況の分析
・Analytics による利用状況の分析
顧客ごとのサービス利用状況を確認し、カスタマーサクセスの活動に反映しています。


・Survey によるアンケートの実施


5、他サービスとの連携
Zapier や、Power Automate を利用して、外部サービスとの連携を実現しています。
