今回は、ポータル機能のウィザード対応に関するアップデート情報をご紹介します。

Zoho CRM の「ポータル」を使用すると、顧客や代理店がZoho CRM の一部の情報にアクセスできるようになります。共有する情報が選択できるので、必要なデータのみを外部の顧客や代理店に表示できます。また、データの作成・編集権限や、メモや添付ファイルの追加権限を付与することも可能です。

本アップデートにより、ポータル内のユーザーの種類ごとに、タブ内の特定のウィザードを選択して表示できるようになりました。

検証結果は以下の通りです。ご確認ください。

設定 > カスタマイズ > ウィザードの順に進み、ウィザードの設定画面で、特定のポータルユーザーの種類にウィザードへのアクセスを許可しておきましょう。これにより、ポータルの設定画面でレイアウトの選択が可能となります。

設定 > チャネル > ポータル の順に進み、ウィザードを表示させたいポータルユーザーの種類をクリックして、「ポータルで使用するタブの設定」を編集します。該当のタブの「レイアウト」で表示させたいウィザード名を選びます。



表示させたいウィザードはあらかじめ作成、保存を行う必要があります。また、ウィザードのステータスが無効な場合はレイアウトに表示されません。
