■ Zoho CRM のポータル機能とは?

 

ポータルとは、顧客や代理店がZoho CRM の一部の情報にアクセスできる機能になります。共有する情報は選択できるので、必要なデータのみを外部の顧客や代理店に表示できます。

また、データの作成・編集権限や、メモや添付ファイルの追加権限を付与することも可能です。

今回、ポータルの設定にアップデートがありました。当方で実際に設定した画面を掲載いたします。


■ ポータル機能が拡張機能に関するタブに対応

 

マーケットプレイス内で拡張機能をインストールすると、その拡張機能に関するタブがZoho CRM に追加されます。以前は、ポータルの設定時、関連タブセクションには標準タブとカスタムタブしか含まれていませんでした。

現在、関連タブセクションには拡張機能に関するタブも含まれるようになり、外部ユーザーが拡張機能に関するタブのデータにアクセスできるようになりました。
