【Zoho CRM】複数のスコアリングルール機能に関するアップデート

昨年に複数のスコアリングルール機能が導入されて以来、見込み客、取引先、連絡先、商談、カスタムタブで、複数のスコアリングルールをレイアウトに追加できるようになりました。これにより、見込み客や顧客の行動、インタラクションなどの特徴に基づいて、データをランク付けすることができます。

各データ内で表示できるようになったスコアリングルールの項目は以下の通りです。

データの接点(タッチポイント)に基づくスコアカテゴリー
  • タッチポイントの加点
  • タッチポイントの減点
  • タッチポイントのスコア(タッチポイントの合計)

一方で、複数のスコアリングルールを設定できるようになると、ルールごとに6つの読み取り専用項目を追加することになるため、スコアリングルールのみで多くの項目数を消費してしまいます。

今回のアップデートにより、複数のスコアリングルールにおける6つのスコアカテゴリーをすべてカスタム項目として追加できるようになりました。そのため、今後は必要なスコアリングルールの項目だけをレイアウトに設定できます。また、これらの項目名は変更できます。



あわせて、複数のスコアリングルールは関連リストとして表示されるようになりました。同時にスコアをグラフ形式で表示することもできます。





ただし、ここでレイアウトに追加された各カスタム項目は、数値型の項目の制限数を消費します。

この機能アップデートは、すべてのデータセンター、すべてのユーザーに対し適用されています。
