Dear Zoho,

Some small suggestion to further improve (the already great) Zoho Invoices:

If you customize the date format, it is not used in the online interface, only in the invoices and mails being sent to clients...
This might be a little confusing for the administrators

ex: I've set the date format to dd/MM/yyyy but in the online zoho invoice interface, the MM/dd/yyyy format is still being used.
The date 04/06/2010 (4 June 2010) will appear as 06/04/2010 in the online interface and might be interpreted as 6 april 2010 by the administrator who has customized the date format...
It would be great to be able to include the %PayPalLink% link in the invoice templates
For now, it seems only possible to include this link in the mails.
When sending a thank you mail for a received payment, it would be great to be able to include the date the payment was received in the mail by using something like %PaymentReceivedDate%
