Hi Guys,
We are in International services and have multiple overseas clients whom we invoice in their respective currencies. I am sure many of us are doing the same for our various customers.
I have a suggestion here: Can you please include a option of adding billing intsructions/wire transfer details to the Invoice? I know that I can add custom notes to the end of each invoice stating the bank details for payment or international BACS transfers. However, we use multiple bank accounts and have different wire instructions like Swift Code, bank account numbers etc specific to each currency we are invoicing in. To make it simple, lets assume that I want my customer to send in GBP, then I will have different EEFC bank details than for USD or Euro, (JP Morgan Chase, HSBC or Deutsche Bank) similarly if payment is to be made by Cheque to my local bank account in India, I just need to specify my Axis Bank details and may be IFSC code so that an RTGS/NEFT payment can be made directly.
As of now, we need to search, copy and add custom notes to each invoice, which is more prone to errors as well. It would be great if we can
1. add multiple bank details which can either be linked to each customer as we specify the billing currency for each customer at the time of adding new customer which gets linked with respective bank details directly on the invoice.
Or the other option is (preferred) that:
2. We just have a drop down menu on the invoice and select the bank details we want to print and all the respective bank/wire details are listed once to the Zoho Invoice account as we do with Customers or Billing Items.
Let me know if this makes sense and if we can expect this feature soon...
Best of luck.
