Announcing Zoho Docs For Desktop: Sync Your Files Between The Cloud And Your Desktop

We are thrilled to unveil Zoho Docs for Desktop, the new file synchronization service that keeps your files synced, backed up and available wherever you are.

Instant and Two-Way File Sync

Syncing files between Zoho Docs cloud application and your desktop is fast and convenient. Files on multiple computers linked to your account will also be synced instantaneously. You will have the same folder on cloud and across all of your computers at the same time. Also, file syncing happens two ways, that is all your files will be synced from desktop to cloud and vice-versa.

Get Your Team On The Same Page

File synchronization is more than just syncing files across multiple devices and platforms. It extends the boundaries of collaboration by letting you sync shared workspaces on your desktop. Sharing large files with your team members, partners and customers is easier than ever before and all your files are safely backed up on the cloud.

Choose What You Sync

With Zoho Docs selective sync, you can choose specific folders with the most important files you need to access on the go. Each computer can have a different set of folders synced based on your priorities. Moreover, you can pause or resume syncing at any time - precisely, the way you want it!

Work On Your Files Offline

With this new sync option you can easily work on files from your desktop, even when you're offline. You can edit or delete contents from files present in Zoho Docs folder and see them automatically synced when you go online. You still need to stay connected to access the documents created using Zoho Docs online editors, but you can easily get to them from your desktop folder.

New Plans & Pricing

We have also introduced new, attractive pricing plans for Zoho Docs. It includes a free plan with 5 GB of storage space and unlimited users, this means that you will now be able to manage as many users as you want without paying a buck! If you are looking for higher storage space, you can upgrade your account with a monthly or yearly subscription to a Standard or Premium plans that offers 250 GB and 1000 GB of storage, respectively.
