I love all the new upgrades you've been doing, new interface and am gradually getting used to it. Thanks!
However, there is one thing that is still bothering me. It is a feature I requested years ago and hope you now have time to prioritize it.
I have different client types and when I send an email notification, I want to be able to choose from different templates.
Currently, I have to include 2 different messages in the email template, times 2 for different languages. This is a pain because then I have to go through and delete what I don't want sent. Sometimes, when I am in a rush, I forget, and it doesn't look good when my client receives an estimate with 4 different, conflicting messages.
So, the solution I
NEED:
1. At least, be able to create and choose from multiple different email notification templates when I click on send estimate.
2. Ideally, associate an email template with an estimate template so it automates things further.
Someone from Zoho responded in the forum and told me this shouldn't be difficult. What do you think?
