Automatically create a Zoho Desk ticket when a task is assigned in Zoho Projects
Hi,
We are currently using Zoho Projects to manage the new installations of the software we sell and Zoho Desk to track the support cases.
The workers that are doing a new installation are the same that will support the customers later. The project management person tracks the new installation progress in Projects and assign the tasks to the workers. The workers prefer to use Zoho Desk to know the tasks they need to do to perform a new installation because they are already in Zoho Desk to track the support case tickets.
In order to support the workflow above, we are manually creating tickets in Zoho Desk for the tasks related to new installations as they are assigned to the workers.
Is there a way to automatically create (using webhook, task automation or Zoho Flow) the tickets in Zoho Desk as the tasks in Zoho Projects are assigned to a worker?
