Build a chatbot for your automobile dealership business with Zobot!

The Autobot is a self-learning chatbot for car dealers and automotive brands. It uses artificial intelligence to interact with visitors to your dealership website and respond to queries as a customer service agent would. The buyers are not the only ones that benefit from this. The Autobot also streamlines the early stages of the dealership’s sales cycle. This way, it can help dealers drive more qualified buyers into their dealership and closer to the point of purchase. 

Bot Requirements:

  1. Initiate chat/ Trigger a welcome message.
  2. Display the list of services available. 
  3. Generate an OTP and validate it to display the list of exclusive services to existing customers.
  4. Schedule test drives for customers who want to buy new cars using Location and Calendar widgets. 
  5. Real-time live chat with visitors who need roadside assistance or have queries with respect to buying/selling cars. 
  6. Display maps for visitors to pick suitable locations for test drives. 

How does this Zobot work?

  • The Zobot triggers a welcome message when visitors land on the website and displays three options: 
    1. if they are existing customers 
    2. if they are looking to buy a car 
    3. schedule a test drive.
  • If the visitor is an existing customer : it gets the email address and sends an OTP, if the email has already been registered with the company. Once the visitor, enters the OTP, it validates it and displays the exclusive services for existing customers like Car Service booking and Roadside assistance.
  • If the visitor is looking to buy a car: it displays the list of all the available car models and corresponding price ranges and also connects them to operators in the organization if necessary.
  • In case a test drive has to be scheduled: it gets the visitor details, his location and the preferred time for a test drive and creates an appointment in your calendar.

  • Makes choosing easier:  The bot can guide car shoppers with recommendations on vehicles based on shopper preferences and help compare the different models available in the market.
  • Service without a snag:  It interacts with customers and arrange a convenient time and date for servicing their vehicle while also providing an option for vehicle pickup, thus saving the customer the trouble of bringing the vehicle to the service station. Automated service and repair bookings reduce the stress on your staff and ease customer frustration.
  • Timely suggestions:  It can communicate newly launched vehicles, price reduction on favourite cars, and other relevant promotions to shoppers in the course of conversation.
  • All the answers, without the pressure:  Visitors can face ample stress and pressure while trying to buy a car, so unlike traditional online experiences, the Autobot can solve customer problems more efficiently and effectively.

How to create this bot?

  • Navigate to Settings > Zobot > Create bot . Add a name, description, choose the website and preferred departments.
  • Set trigger criteria and enable business hours and operator handoff based on your requirements.
  • Now, copy the code and paste it inside each of the three handlers- Trigger, Message and Context.
  • Save and Publish each handler separately and then publish the bot.
