I am trying to design a database that manages our cases and the taskings for them which change daily. I have already designed the forms/reports in Zoho and need assistance with automated some of the task. I have a 5 person team and I want to be able to track their progress daily. I really like the functions in Project Manager Plus and Help Desk, that I can assign a task, its gets emailed to the person responsible, they can log on and see their taskings and I need an email back to me if status is not completed in 8 hours. I have been trying to write myself but keep getting pulled away with other responsibilities and would really like to get this online. I have already shown the team my drafts and the concept and they like the idea.
