What I am looking for is the ability for a salesman to input a customers information, what they are buying into a form which will turn around and output into a pre-configured agreement. The form would gather the persons name, address, phone, email, insurance info; adjuster, claim number, etc. Then the salesman would be able to add products via a drop down box that allows certain pre-configured products to be picked (and allow custom ones to be added also). All of this information will then be output into a contract via form fields relayed from the form the salesman is printing out. Furthermore if it isnt too big of a deal this form can be set to attach to a potential in Zoho. If this is a pain then if it could simply output to a pdf or other file to be printed and saved.
