Creating a Contacts DB integrated with Project Tracking. Need help with certain aspects as I hit stumbling blocks. Mostly need help with adding script for certain actions or permissions and creating an html based dashboard and custom views/reports. Also open to accepting offers on a fixed billing basis to finish creating the application. This is a short-term, high priority project. Would like to have finished by start of 2012.
