We are a photocopier service company and I am looking for someone to build me an application to calculate and generate Invoices based on the number of Pages A customer produces. The system would need to record meter readings and generate invoices based upon the readings. It would also need to be able to deal with bundled pages and also minimum usage with in a month or qrt. (similar to a mobile phone package but instead of inclusive mins it would be pages.) I would also like to be able to generate purchase orders for suppliers and get reports that show the profitability by machine. And finally I would need a simple service desk that could log fault calls (tickets) for each machine. and calculate the fix time from call being logged to it being closed. As well as pages between calls. I would want to integrate it with Zoho CRM & invoice
