Hello Zoho Invoice users,
Many of you would want to create one invoice for multiple projects recorded in Zoho Invoice for the same client. This forum post will help you with the instructions to create an invoice for several projects recorded in Zoho Invoice.
First, you can create projects, create tasks for the projects and record time entries against them. The image below will show one customer having multiple projects in Zoho Invoice:
Once you are ready to invoice these projects for the unbilled hours, you can go to the Invoices section under the Sales tab and create an invoice.
Now, you will have the system suggest to you that there are unbilled projects available for this customer. You can click on the link and choose the project to be included on the invoice.
On the screen that appears next, you can select your preference for the details about the project to appear on the invoice line item.
Once the first project is selected, you can click the link that suggests the Unbilled Projects and add the next project to the invoice. Here again, you can choose the details that you want to appear on the invoice.
Once you have added all the projects to the invoice, you can save the invoice and email it to your customer.
