CRM Automation date updates
In creating workflows I also created a custom field in accounts. This custom field should be set by execution date.
What I want is when a field status is changed in accounts this field is populated with the execution date...but it does not work.
This is the rule:
1. Basic Information
The basic details for the rule, such as Name and Description
2. Execute On
The rule will be executed based on the Execution Criteria selected here and the Rule Criteria.
3. Rule Criteria
The rule will be executed for the Accounts that have certain specified fields updated and match the following rule criteria.
No rule criteria specified
4. Actions
The following instant and time based actions including alerts, tasks and field updates are associated to this rule.
