I need a simple CRM with basic contact information that someone (anyone) can log in to, pull up records (that are shared with other callers so I need to be sure mutltiple people can be logged in at same time sharing database) call, put the information in or complete a form, hit submit and back to the next record in the database. There is a very robust CRM that emulates SalesForce on here but it is too heavy for what I need. We do both B2B and B2C so I need forms that are easily customizable with a few clicks. I can build the forms (thats about all I can do on here!) if need be.
