We currently use google docs to share information with clients and get feedback. We have one spreadsheet document that gives information (including links, notes) and asks the client for a simple "yes or no" and has a place where the client can add optional text notes. We would like to link this to our Zoho CRM so that data transfer is automatic. We would also like to embed in Zoho projects so it can be customer facing. Ideally, this would look more like a "form" then a spreadsheet/document
