I am looking for a company that will customize either SugarCRM or Zoho to do and track what my company is looking for. There might be applications already built for what I need and if so I will still need training on how to use them and design the way the process works to be the most user friendly for my sales and employees. I will also need to use different applications inside Zoho(preferred, it seems to work better) or Sugar like Human Resources, Creator, Writer, Sheet etc. The process on how I will need this complete is quite a simple process. My company works in Retail. We get paid on a recurring commission stutcture. The stucture is as followed. Based on the amount of the sale there are different terms of payment. Based on the months of the program is the way we get paid. This varies based on the company we place the client with. The first company we outsource to pays our commission over x amount of months that we choose and I flat rate over those months. Example 1000 commission 10 month commission structure $100 a month. We will need to be able to track if the client pays via Excel csv, API etc each month to make sure our accounting is correct. The 2nd Company we use is pays a little different. Again based on the term determines the pay out. This company we Do NOT have the option of commission payout terms. There structure is based on the term off program and amount of deal. It ranges from 12-48 months and you can earn 0-17%. The first 5% of the deal is paid over the first 3-5 months based on the program term, and then the rest is paid over the next 6-15 months for a max term of 20 months. I would like to set up the dashlets to display excepted monthly commission, and actual monthly commission. I will also need some guidance on how to set up a workflow where you can assign a lead to a user and have the referring agent get emails on status changes, or access to status only so they can track there referrals and make sure they are getting paid on all there deals. I will need a commission structure for employees at different levels. Whether the assigned user is a junior sales member or senior member. These sales commissions can vary and can be a flat fee or a % based on the monthly commissions. I am currently using an affiliate program that can do this already and would prefer to use an API to integrate the 2 together. . The affiliate program I am using is called JAM and it is available for download at jam. jrox . com. I would need someone that is available on PST and will start this project ASAP. I am looking for proposals and time frame to complete the above. I will also need ongoing support that will not be included in the proposal, but I do except 1-2 revisions of customized based on the above. Lastly, I would like help on setting up email templates or sales proposals sent to clients or prospects whether it be email or print and have questions answered like will this CRM be able to be used with phone system. It looks like I can possible use zoho sheet to manage commissions as I have a excel spreadsheet that calculates it now. The required fields must be changed as well.
