This is a database for Canada Furnace, http://www.canadafurnace.ca/ This should be relatively straight forward database to create - and down the road we will probably expand the functionality. We want someone who responds to our requests quickly and works with us closely throughout the design process. After the database is built we want an on-going relationship to pay on an hourly basis on occasion to modify or change the database structure. More details can be sent to whoever responds to this request but in general - the database would be as follows: A very clean page showing the contact information. On the same page should be a 'Job History' section outlining a complete history of all jobs previously done for that customer. I.e. Furnace Service/ Jan 18, 2009/ $100., Fireplace Service/ Feb 20, 2010/ $99 etc - sometimes there will be 10+ history items for each customer. Annually - we contact all the customers to remind them that's it's time to book there jobs in. There needs to be an on-going list of upcoming jobs that we need to phone - it needs to be very clear and obvious who we needs to be contacted. We use Google Calendar for everything - it would be great to be able to integrate zoho and google cal to the most we are able to - we need some advice on this. The database needs to be searchable somehow to show say - who needs to be contacted for a certain type of job within a certain date range.
