Development Cycle of Desk?
While I'm sure COVID put a hampering on anything productive as it did with most companies, I'm kind of getting worried about the lack of development/fixes/feature requests when it comes to some Zoho products, but more Desk since myself and our team are in it for hours each day.
With a company the size of Zoho's, I'm not sure what their team size is like for the development of Desk specifically or if they work cross-platform. I've noticed UI changes in some other Zoho products recently, but given the activity of this Community/forum that Desk has with usability issues with some features, and a clear request of features and enhancements, I'm surprised Zoho wouldn't dedicate more resources if that is what's lacking.
Just trying to start a conversation around this - I know there are posts revived now and then where users of Desk are checking in on stale requests, or usability fixes that need to happen. There's a custom formula or function for this and for that that some other software suites already have baked-in, et cetera. Hopefully I'm not the only one on here that is noticing the same, but I hope some kind of uphill progress can be made soon.
