Enable Re-enrollment of Records in the Same Cadence in Zoho CRM

We hope this message finds you well.
We request the ability to re-enroll records in the same Cadence within Zoho CRM after they have completed or been unenrolled from it.
Currently, once a client completes or is removed from a Cadence, they cannot be re-enrolled, which limits our flexibility in managing recurring engagements.
Use Cases:
Meeting Reminders: We use Cadence to manage reminders and follow-ups for scheduled client meetings. After a client completes one Cadence for a meeting, they may register for a new meeting at a later date. In this case, we would like to re-enroll them in the same Cadence to receive the relevant reminders and follow-ups for the new meeting, streamlining our engagement process without duplicating Cadences.
Billing Reminders: We also use Cadence to send billing reminders. For clients nearing the end of their subscription period, Cadence allows us to send reminders for subscription renewal. Ideally, messages would continue until the end of the Cadence, or until the client renews their subscription and is automatically unenrolled. As this process may occur on a monthly or yearly basis, we need the ability to pass clients through the same Cadence repeatedly, allowing for seamless, automated renewals and reminders.
This enhancement would allow us to manage client interactions and recurring communications more effectively. We greatly appreciate your consideration of this feature, as it would significantly enhance our customer engagement and reduce the need for multiple, redundant Cadences.
